Novotel London Canary Wharf

The higher floors and rooftop have amazing views across London, which made the stay feel special. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. There’s a handy little gym on site, and the pool and sauna were a nice bonus. The location is good, near transport and plenty of places to eat around Canary Wharf. I had a really enjoyable stay at Novotel London Canary Wharf and would recommend it. I’d definitely come back.

The shower pressure was too low for my liking, so it wasn’t very enjoyable. Otherwise, it was a great stay, and I’d recommend the hotel if you want a very nice view of central London. The staff were great, especially at breakfast. Having a little chat with them was a lovely way to start the day, and the breakfast was very good. There are plenty of shopping centres nearby, and the Jubilee and Elisabeth lines are close, so getting into the city was easy.

I was here on business in March 2026 and stayed in an Executive Suite. The recently renovated rooms and the lovely spa, pool, and gym area were great. The room and bar both had a great view, and the suite came with a robe and slippers. The bar staff knew their drinks, and reception were very helpful. I’d stay again, especially with Canary Wharf businesses and the tube stop close by.

We came to London from different countries as a family and spent five days at Novotel Canary Wharf. The food, service, and atmosphere were a solid 10/10, and we’ll definitely return. The hotel’s in a great location with an amazing view of central London, the rooms were excellent, and it was impressively clean. The staff were so friendly. Kristina at reception welcomed us and made us feel at home straight away. She answered all our questions and recommended places to visit around London, which was really helpful. The breakfast team were fantastic too.
