The location is great and the staff were polite and very helpful, but the hotel isn't meeting an acceptable standard right now. My ground-floor window, shown in the photo, wouldn't lock and felt unsafe. There were blood stains on the sheets, which the receptionist confirmed. They replaced the sheets after I asked, but left the stained pillow. The window was fixed the next day. Cleaning was generally poor, and the heater wouldn't switch off completely, making the tiny single room very hot. Sound insulation is minimal too. I could hear trains and my neighbor's loud TV through the night. It could be a simple, decent, cosy hotel, but it has some work to do.

The staff were warm and welcoming, and the hotel is conveniently close to the station and places to eat. Breakfast was fine and satisfactory. The room, though, was too cramped for two people with luggage, with nowhere to fully open my suitcase and little room to move around. The bathroom was tight as well, with limited space in the shower area.

A Malaysian feel gives the hotel an interesting character. The room was very clean and comfortable, and I'd happily stay again. It's on a lovely road, just two minutes from Earls Court underground. Thank you 🙏

The location is perfect, within walking distance of Acton Town station, with Sainsbury, Tesco, and M&S nearby along with plenty of cafés and other places to eat. Service was basic. The rooms are too small compared with the photos, which use an optical zoom lens, and most guests probably won't check the room size. The lift was incredibly slow and a bit scary. It only goes to the third floor, and I was on the fourth with three large bags and a small one. There was help.
