We had a fantastic stay with our group. The rooms were clean and tidy, the food was lovely, and room service arrived very quickly, especially considering how many of us there were. The whole team was friendly and quick to respond, and made sure everyone felt looked after. Organizing a large booking can be tricky, but they handled our needs smoothly and happily. We'd gladly stay again, and highly recommend the team for group stays.

The staff were polite and ready to help, and check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The hotel is clean, modern, and comfortable, with a spacious room and an extremely comfortable bed that made it easy to unwind after a long day. It's also well located near transport and plenty of places to eat. I'd definitely return and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Katie on the night shift made my stay feel personal. She was friendly in a natural way and helped me when I needed something late in the evening. That mix of warmth and professionalism is rare, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Everything else was smooth too: fast check-in, spotless and spacious room, and a calm, professional feel throughout Park Plaza in Park Royal. The room was comfortable and immaculate, with every detail seeming well looked after. For comfort, quality, and staff who care about your experience, I'd stay again.

Breakfast was a highlight, with fresh food and plenty of choice. Our room was thoughtfully designed, spotless, and very comfortable, and the check-in was smooth. From arrival, the staff greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome. They kept up that attentive service throughout, and the team's care made the whole stay feel special and easy. I spend around 35 weeks a year at Park Plaza London Park Royal as a VIP member, and it feels like a second home. Nina and her team make the service feel personal, from greeting me by name as soon as I arrive to leaving handwritten cards and small treats like chocolates or a brownie in my room. Every department is consistently helpful and professional. Reception, room service, the restaurant, and bar staff are friendly, and nothing seems too much trouble. Special thanks to Nina, Kirsty on the night team, Justyna and Tia at the bar, and Raheem on reception for going above and beyond. I may not have named everyone, but my thanks go to the whole team. I'd readily recommend staying here in London.
