The lobby made a lovely first impression, and I especially appreciated the sauna and hammam after long days walking around London. There are good things about the hotel, but the temperature problems really affected our comfort. My room stayed cold. A mechanic came to look at the heating and air conditioning, but didn’t fully fix the issue. The small portable heater we were given helped a bit, though not enough. The system also switches off whenever you leave, so each time we came back it took at least two hours for the room to warm up. Even the marble bathroom had no heat and felt cold. It seemed this might be a hotel-wide problem.

A good-value hotel in one of London’s best locations. Priyanka arranged an early check-in and really made my day. It’s great to meet someone who’s willing to go the extra mile and be empathetic with a client. Well done!

The breakfast buffet had a great range, and the woman supervising the entrance did a perfect job. The hotel is an ideal base at Victoria station for reaching London’s must-see spots quickly. Staff were helpful, and both the room and bathroom were spacious. The room could use brighter lighting, though. It only has small LED ceiling spots, which might make shaving or anything needing good light difficult. The remote for the lights and curtains is great. I’d definitely recommend the hotel.

We loved the location, right across from Victoria station, with lots of nice little cafes nearby. The staff were welcoming, and the bar area looked beautiful. We were upgraded, and since we didn’t need room cleaning the next day, the hotel offered us drinks instead. Our room was large and very clean, with a big, comfy queen-size bed and a spacious bathroom with both a shower and bathtub. The one drawback was the freezing floor. Even with the heater on, we couldn’t go barefoot, and our feet stayed cold even in shoes. Our friends had the same issue at another hotel, so we thought it might be normal for London at that time of year. We’d recommend this place and would come back.
