Premier Inn London Ealing

Getting around was easy, with public transport, shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were professional and friendly, and check-in and checkout were quick and straightforward. I had a wonderful stay at Premier Inn Ealing. The room was quiet and spacious, with a very comfortable bed, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. It’s good value and lives up to the standards I expect from Premier Inn. I’d happily stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting London.

The location is very convenient, which is why I chose this hotel and still plan to stay again soon. I was there for two nights, though the second night was uncomfortable: the shower water was only lukewarm, not properly hot. In the cold weather it wasn’t warm enough, and I felt unwell the next day. I know problems can happen now and then, and I hope this was an isolated incident. Still, dependable hot water is a basic expectation, so I hope the hotel looks into it and makes sure it doesn’t happen again. Apart from that, the location remains a strong point, and I hope my next stay goes more smoothly.

We’d stay again. The Premier Plus room was clean, and parking was easy. Staff were friendly and helpful, and there’s a tube station nearby, along with good food and a nice restaurant and bar. I’ve taken off a star because nobody offered me the code for the free ultimate WiFi that came with the room. When I asked the next morning, the receptionist couldn’t log on and asked me to come back an hour later. We were heading out sightseeing, so I didn’t bother.

The reception and breakfast teams were both really helpful, and Shareef was especially friendly and helped make the stay enjoyable. The hotel was clean, well located and had comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet costs extra, but it’s fairly priced. I’d definitely stay here again.
