The Premier Plus room was clean, beautiful and had a stunning view, and the receptionist who checked me in was cheerful and sweet. The room was spacious too. Housekeeping didn’t quite get the day-two refresh right when I asked, so fixing that would improve an already great stay. Breakfast staff were really nice and amazing as well. The location near a big mall is perfect for luxury shopping. I had a blast and would definitely visit again.
The room wasn’t particularly clean, even though our early check-in was delayed while housekeeping cleaned it. There was a toenail from the previous guest on the floor. The kettle was filthy, and the boiled water came out white and cloudy, so we couldn’t make tea. We also weren’t told before check-in that breakfast wasn’t available. Worst Premier Inn we’ve stayed in.
Bradley made us feel welcome and looked after from the moment we arrived. I wasn’t sure which room to choose, and he patiently explained the options until I felt confident. He was professional, genuinely invested in making our stay start well, and absolutely hilarious. Talking with him felt like chatting with a friend. Our stay was wonderful, but his service was the highlight and made me confident about choosing Premier Inn. He represents hospitality at its best. If you’re staying at Wembley, I hope you get to meet him too. Thanks, Bradley, for making our trip so memorable!
We were in Wembley for the Mundo Pixar Experience and Bubble Planet, both about a 7-minute walk away if you walk fast like me. The hotel was clean, accessible and felt very safe. I was travelling alone with my 4-year-old and appreciated the key fob access for every door and the main doors being locked late at night. For my daughter’s fourth birthday, the team decorated our room with balloons while we were out for dinner and left a treat-filled goodie bag and a birthday card. It was such a thoughtful touch and made her day, and mine. The staff were friendly, welcoming and genuinely kind. Room service was great too, the room was cleaned beautifully and the bedding changed really well, so everything felt fresh and comfortable. We asked to move rooms and ended up with a great view of Wembley Stadium, which is directly opposite. London Designer Outlet is right next door, with lots of restaurants, breakfast spots, coffee places and a Cineworld. There are plenty of great photo spots nearby, plus a little kids’ playground downstairs outside the outlet for slower days. Transport links are brilliant, with Wembley Park Underground Station a short walk away and plenty of buses nearby. We went into central London for the day on the Jubilee line, an easy, direct route. There’s a car park opposite the hotel, and if you stay more than 6 hours you can get a discount from the hotel. I’m not sure about the prices, so looking ahead would help. I’d definitely stay again. The staff made it even better. Thank you for such a special stay!
After many visits, I won’t be coming back. The rooms have got grubier and the staff less helpful. The app was trying to sell us breakfast, but none was available on a busy Sunday morning. On Saturday, the bar closed early even though everyone staying was at a gig in the arena. They didn’t offer bar service after the gig, though on previous visits it had stayed open much later. You seem to pay more and get less here now.
