Premier Inn London Woolwich Royal Arsenal

We were in town to see Radiohead at the O2 arena, and this hotel was a perfect, convenient place to stay. The lovely woman who helped us check in was extremely friendly and helpful, and the whole hotel and rooms were very clean. Breakfast was plentiful, fresh and constantly replenished. The tube queue for getting back into London was miles long, so it was easy to take the number 161 bus back to the hotel instead. We were home just 25 minutes after leaving the stadium.

Sharon was also helping guests who were having trouble checking in because of a language barrier, and she spoke French. It was good to see multilingual staff at reception. I’d stayed here before, but this was my first hotel booking since becoming disabled last year. I’d forgotten to request an accessible room online, and Yusuf and Sharon kindly found the last one available when I arrived. I was really grateful, since I can’t shower in a standard room.

After a long day travelling, Sharon greeted me at reception with a warm smile and made me feel at ease. She patiently answered my questions and shared useful local tips. I appreciated how friendly and professional she was, and how attentive she seemed to guests. I had a lovely stay at Premier Inn, and Sharon really went out of her way to make it a good experience. She’s a credit to the hotel.

There was a fair bit of road noise at all hours, since the hotel is beside a busy main road. During my visit, work on the reception area made it look untidy, though it wasn’t especially noisy. There aren’t any superior rooms. Otherwise, it’s pretty standard for a Premier Inn, so you know what you’re getting.
