The location is great, and the room and sheets were very clean. They also set up a very good baby cot. The rooms are perfectly adequate, but the staff really stood out for being so friendly. They fixed something very quickly and clearly care about running a good hotel.

The staff were lovely and the location was very good, but the room was tiny, the net curtains were torn and the bath taps were jammed so tightly they wouldn’t turn on. It needs a revamp.

The location was ideal for the places we planned to visit, Madame Tussauds and the Sherlock Holmes museum. For central London, the room was compact, but clean, quiet and well equipped, with a comfortable bed. Service was friendly and efficient. I’d stay again.

A bath in the bathroom was a lovely extra, and the staff and service were lovely too. It’s nothing fancy, but the price is very reasonable and the neighborhood is one of the best in London. Highly recommend.

The staff were really nice and friendly, and the location is great. The rooms are a bit small but well equipped. Soundproofing needs work, though. I could hear the TV blaring and people shouting and screaming in the room next door.
