The staff were polite and helpful, and the location worked perfectly for a short stay near the city. You can get around by bus, Underground, bike or on foot. There’s very little parking outside. The rooms are basic and the decor feels dated. Breakfast was included, but it was dismal. There’s a brilliant cafe around the corner.

This place falls below even basic standards. The room was tiny, we got one towel each, and there wasn’t a blanket. They suggested using a dirty bed cover instead. The windows weren’t insulated, so it felt like sleeping out on the street.

A sensible choice if you just need a bed and a decent bathroom while exploring London. It’s close to Paddington Station, with plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby. The room was small but more than adequate for us, and the bed was comfortable with good pillows. I did have to ask for a second pillow and a bath mat. The bathroom was clean, and the tiling looked fairly new. There’s a basic breakfast on site, and reception staff were pleasant and helpful. Good value, and I’d stay again.

The location is amazing, especially if you’re going to Hyde Park, and we’d stay here again. Reception was really helpful: when we arrived and weren’t sure where to park, he came outside to show us. Breakfast was very basic, just cereal, toast and cold meats. Our room was very spacious, though the bathroom was tiny and that didn’t bother us. The cleaners could have vacuumed under the beds and dusted, especially the back of the fan, which was very dusty.

PLEASE DON'T BOOK. The place was filthy, the towels were stained, and nobody had cleaned under the beds. I felt disgusted lying on them. I also struggled to get any fresh air in the room.
