Smart Hyde Park View

The location was perfect, just a quick walk to Paddington, with tons of really nice places to eat nearby. The kitchen had everything I needed to make a couple of quick meals. The room was a bit small, and the bunks were slightly difficult to use because of the low headspace. Staff were very friendly and helped me work out which bus to take to where I wanted to go. I enjoyed my time here and would stay again.

The kitchen and dining space worked well, with a good range of cookware, plenty of room to eat, and reliable internet. The neighborhood was another highlight, close to the park and several Underground stations. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The bathroom was fine, but the room felt very cramped even with only four of us in it. Triple bunks left so little space between beds that you couldn't sit up on your own bed, and the room itself was nearly too small.

I couldn't travel, so I asked to cancel, but the request was firmly refused under the non-refundable policy. They kept the full payment even though I never received any services, with no flexibility for my circumstances. Anyone booking should be prepared to take the full financial loss if plans change unexpectedly.

The kitchen and dining area were kept clean, and there was plenty of tidy space in the fridge. Breakfast had good options, and the bar and lift were nice to have. It's very close to an entrance to Hyde Park. The service was incredibly clean, and the staff were friendly.
