It’s a good value hotel, and I’d return next time I’m in the area. The main draw is being near the museums and the Royal Albert Hall. We stayed one night in a superior double on the top floor, and it was quite small, so I’d expect a standard room to be smaller still. The bed gave us a good night’s sleep, and there are the usual tea and coffee supplies under a small TV. The bathroom is tiny but does the job. Breakfast in the main restaurant was very good, and the staff made us feel welcome, almost like family.

They looked after our luggage while we went off to see more of Kensington, and the Natural History Museum is only about a five minute walk away. The view from our room over the quaint neighborhood street was lovely and picturesque. We had a very spacious quad room with one queen bed and two twins, plus a nicely stocked bathroom. We stayed just one night, but it was a fantastic visit. I’d definitely recommend it.

Everything we needed was in the small twin room, including a private bathroom with a perfect bathtub and all the toiletries. There were nice coffee making facilities and a big TV, too. The location was perfect, it was very quiet, and this was the cleanest hotel I’d been in for a while.

The team were so kind and helpful, and breakfast was great. Our room was a little small, but that was only a minor thing. For tall people like us, the single bed quilts weren’t big enough to cover us properly. Once we mentioned it, the staff gave us larger ones, so it was a small detail in an otherwise wonderful stay 🙏

We picked this place for our anniversary and were really impressed with the value and location. When we got back that evening, Gyongyver (Housekeeping Manager) had surprised us without us even asking. Such thoughtful staff and great service. We really appreciate it, and we’ll definitely be back.
