I came for two footy matches and had a great stay. It’s a perfect London location, close to the Underground and within walking distance of the Thames. The rooms were clean, the price was great, and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

The team were incredibly patient and happy to help with anything they could. My room was clean and tidy, with no unpleasant smells. A very good choice.

The location was great, but the narrow stairways and thin walls made the stay unpleasant. I could easily hear the people in the next room. Worst of all, I found bed bugs as we were checking out, and now I’m covered in bites. From the other reviews, it seems like this may be an ongoing issue. Please avoid staying here until it’s properly dealt with. I’m extremely disappointed.

The owners have been so kind and helpful. They found us a laundry service, suggested places to visit, and were great with our little one. The rooms are really spacious compared with other London hotels and quite clean. They even have heated bathroom floors. It’s less than a 10 minute walk to two tube stations, with lots of food, bar, and dessert options within walking distance too. We haven’t even checked out yet, but I can already tell this will be the only hotel we ever stay at in London. I wish I could give it 50 stars.
