The Resident Kensington

Being so close to Earl’s Courts tube station made it easy to get around, and plenty of places were within a 15-20 minute walk or less. The neighborhood and hotel felt quiet, safe and secure. I had a single room at The Resident Kensington for a week, and while it might be too small for some, it was just right for me and my partner. It was very clean, had plenty of towels and a roomy restroom. The staff also left a personalized card, chocolate and a tote bag when I arrived, which was above and beyond. The room and its cleanliness were top of the line. I'm looking forward to staying again and couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Getting around London was easy on the underground, including our trip to Greenwich. We really enjoyed our room, L6, with its walkout patio and table and chairs. The hotel is in a quiet, upper-middle-class neighborhood near Earl’s Court underground, and the room was clean with well-appointed amenities. Staff were courteous throughout, and Daniel promptly sorted out a luggage problem for us. They also made an unexpected effort to mark our anniversary. It was a great place for us to stay, highly recommended.

The small room really is tiny, and would be difficult for two people with luggage. That's clearly explained on the website, though, so choosing it was my mistake. The staff helped me switch to a larger room smoothly and spoke fluently. Friendly staff and an excellent location in Kensington. I'd highly recommend the hotel.

The area felt very safe, and Earls court tube station is close by. I stayed in room 203 in April 2025, and the room was modern, spotless and had excellent finishes. It was small, as I'd expected, so that didn't bother me. I also liked the Molton Brown products and the Paul Smith lamp. The reception team were exceptional and very nice. I think the man's name was Ayush. Check-in was seamless, and as a member I got early check-in, so I'd recommend booking directly through their website.
