The lobby’s display of fresh pink roses was a lovely touch, and the world-class decor is matched by a rare blend of warmth and professionalism throughout the property. We found the restaurant outstanding, with exemplary service at both dinner and breakfast. From arrival, the doormen and reception team were welcoming and remarkably helpful. The hotel has clearly earned its reputation for excellence and maintains it with care. Congratulations to the whole team.

After work, I went to the Ritz Bar with a friend, and we had a great evening. The atmosphere feels timeless and elegant, but still relaxed enough to feel comfortable straight away. The cocktails were beautifully presented and carefully balanced. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive without hovering. They knew their drinks and were happy to suggest options. It’s a lovely choice for a special night or just a sophisticated drink in central London. I’d gladly return and recommend it.

My wife and I had a fantastic weekend here, stunning in every way. We also took a two hour drive around London in their beautiful Rolls Royce. Laurent and the whole team were brilliant, and made us feel really special. It’s a seriously top hotel, with arguably the best staff and food in London. We’ll definitely be back, and I’d highly recommend spending time here. Thank you, Laurent and all your team. ❤️

The evening dinner dance was the standout for us. Eating beneath glittering chandeliers as a live band played romantic Jazz classics felt timeless, with the setting and impeccable service making it a genuinely unforgettable night. Dinner at The Ritz Restaurant was fabulous too. Executive Chef John Williams MBE leads a two-Michelin-starred kitchen serving beautifully presented, balanced courses that pair refined technique with classic French tradition. We stayed overnight for Valentines, and from arrival the service was warm, attentive, and elegant without feeling forced. The hotel’s heritage and precision show in the details. The Ritz is an amazing experience, not just a hotel stay. Five stars without hesitation.

I went to The Ritz London for Afternoon Tea during the Christmas period, though I didn’t stay overnight, so I can’t comment on the rooms. The visit felt almost like stepping into another world, with a fairy tale quality to it. The building’s architecture and interiors are breathtaking, full of grand proportions and beautifully preserved details that reflect its remarkable heritage. The festive decorations suited the classical style perfectly and made the tea setting feel magical and timeless. Service was gracious, polished, and attentive throughout. Even without knowing the rooms, the decor, architecture, and atmosphere alone make it clear why The Ritz has such a legendary reputation.
