The staff made us feel welcome throughout, from Doorman Osmany at the entrance, who was incredibly warm, friendly and polite, to everyone at Equus Bar and The Green Parlour at breakfast. The hotel was clean, comfortable and well kept, and we'd happily recommend it. We were celebrating that weekend, and Front of House Manager Eliecer Moreno made a lovely start to the stay by upgrading us to a Kingsize Deluxe. He was very polite and attentive, then surprised us with a bottle of bubbles and a card in the room. On Sunday morning we checked out to go to Covent Garden, but decided over dinner to stay another night. We booked a classic double online, and Aveena at the front desk upgraded us to a Garden View when we checked back in. The view was lovely. I already reviewed the fabulous Singapore Slings ASA made at Equus on Tripadvisor. We were very happy to see Eliecer again when we checked out Monday morning. Five stars.

Pervez, the doorman, made a real impression on me. His friendly, easygoing manner made coming and going feel like being welcomed home, while still being thoroughly professional. The concierge also gave me thoughtful local brunch suggestions for Thursday morning, which led to one of my best meals of the trip. Check-in was remarkably quick even though I arrived very early, and the front desk got me settled without a long wait. The whole team was warm and efficient, giving the hotel a welcoming, prestigious feel. I had a great stay at The Royal Horseguards and can't wait to return.

The location is hard to beat, and we'll be back for work and for fun. The concierge's recommendations were all spot on, with great local places to try. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've ever seen on my work travels, and the service made it even better. Everyone was terrific, with special thanks to Shams at the restaurant, Pervis at the front of the hotel and the concierge team. Hats off to Shams and Pervis. Amazing service all round!

I loved my stay during my first visit to London this February. The place has a fancy look, but the rooms are cozy, and the service was top-notch. It's an easy walk to famous sights like Big Ben and the London Eye. I'd absolutely stay again.

The breakfast was dead set amazing, and the staff there were a highlight of our trip. We were travelling with our 18-month-old, and each morning they welcomed her like family, showed us to our seats, brought her favourite strawberries and even went looking for biscuits. I hope they're told how great their service is. We spent five nights at the hotel and loved its location, with famous landmarks and West End shows within walking distance. Bus and train stops are close too if you want to go further afield. Everyone was an absolute delight.
