We come here regularly for meals and have held a number of events here over the last few years. The restaurant is spacious and lovely, and the snug bar is great for a few drinks afterwards. The food is excellent, and the waiting staff are exceptionally friendly and always willing to help. We’re always well looked after, especially by Daryl, Ravi and Martin. It’s our go-to for meals out and events.

I was at the waterfoot hotel this week while attending the north west cancer centre. The staff were so kind and helpful, and made sure my taxis to and from the hospital were on time. They couldn’t do enough for me. It’s one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in, and I’ll recommend the waterfoot hotel to my friends and family.

The rooms were spacious and the food was excellent. The staff were great, especially our very attentive waiter Martin. Management should be extremely proud of him. Lovely hotel.

The check-in was a pleasure, thanks to Kristen, who was phenomenal, helpful and professional. The hotel itself was really nice, and the stay was amazing. The only low point was the cold room when we arrived, since the heating didn’t come on until later.

The hotel is perfect, and the bar downstairs is great too. But I’m writing this while I’m still here because of the scampi. I ordered it and it was far too good. I’m almost angry knowing I probably won’t have a plate that good again until I come back to Caisleain Oir hotel. Thanks for ruining scampi everywhere else for me. It ought to be a 1 star review for that, really, but it was just too good.
