The room had cereal, milk and pastries ready for breakfast, and it was cosy. We also found the tube station an easy short walk away, with connections into Central London. Before we arrived, we got an email with plenty of detail about the accommodation, including its pros and cons. It made clear that the host cared about us knowing what to expect. The man who checked us in was friendly and full of energy, and told us a little about the hotel's history. I'd be glad to stay here again. Thank you.

Being able to fit all five of us in one place saved us from paying for two pricey London hotel rooms. The location was handy too, close to Ealing Broadway station and plenty of restaurants. The room itself was uncomfortable, with very uncomfortable beds and a shower that barely worked properly. There wasn't breakfast at the hotel. We got a coupon for a discount at a nearby restaurant, but it wasn't usable until 9:30am. We only needed the place to sleep, so it was fine for that, though next time we'd probably look elsewhere.

Room 4 was roomy enough for our family, and the beds were comfortable. We could get into the city center for sightseeing by tube each day, then return away from the crowds. The hotel is in zone 3, which made its location convenient, and I appreciated the owner letting us leave our luggage after checkout. The shower room felt about the size of an airplane lavatory, so I wish it were bigger. Being next to a street also meant some traffic noise late at night. I only found that bothersome when jet lag woke me up. We had a pleasant London stay and will definitely come back to the caspian hotel.

The room was lovely and had plenty of light breakfast items. We also enjoyed the free English breakfast at Chantal Cafe, about a 7 minute walk away. As I understand it, booking directly with the hotel gets you more breakfasts for free. The owner was SO friendly!

The hotel is cosy and clean, in a nice, quiet area near the metro and the brand new Elisabeth line. The manager was generous and accommodating, doing everything he could to make our stay comfortable. We were welcomed so warmly, and all the staff were great. We recommend the hotel 100%! The candles in the lobby and sweets in our room were lovely little touches.
