Premier Inn Heathrow Airport Terminal 5

The breakfast was hard to fault, and there were great vegan options. Thanks to Nathan for making an extra effort for me. Getting to Heathrow was easy too, with links from just outside the front door for £1.75. We stayed one night and had the meal deal, which was good value at just under £30 for a two-course evening meal and unlimited breakfast. The food was pretty good for the money, but our food order was missed, so after chasing the drinks we waited what must have been nearly an hour. They offered free drinks or chips to make up for it, though we didn't really want them. All the staff were excellent with our many questions.

We spent most of the day in the lounge before our evening flight, and it was peaceful and comfortable. This is the best Premier Inn my sister and I have stayed in at Heathrow, and we'll choose it again no matter which terminal we fly from. Terminal 5 is just two bus stops away. Our spacious room had a comfortable double bed and single bed, plus extra pillows that we used. The shower was good, with Bayliss & Harding shower gel and hand wash. Dinner and breakfast were both good. I liked that the buffet hot food was put out in small amounts and replenished quickly and regularly, so it seemed fresh and hot. The reception, bar, and restaurant staff were all very friendly and attentive.

Fatima welcomed us warmly, then made sure we had everything we needed at breakfast. After we told her we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, she surprised us with a box of chocolates just five minutes later. It was such a thoughtful, kind gesture, and we'll never forget it. The breakfast was delicious, and the bar and restaurant were very clean. The price and location were great, and our room was clean, cosy, and nicely decorated.

I changed rooms and accidentally left £100 behind. I was extremely grateful that the housekeeper, Ellie, found it and Janet at the front desk returned it safely to me. I want to sincerely thank the team for their honesty and professionalism during my stay. Their actions showed a very high level of integrity and responsibility, and it's reassuring to see such trustworthy, dedicated staff representing the hotel.
