It’s a quiet country cottage, well away from busy roads, with three bedrooms, a dishwasher, washer-dryer, veranda that’s great on colder evenings, a bookshelf, and a beautiful garden. The large ASDA supermarket is nearby, and being in central Cornwall makes tourist spots easy to reach by car. Just be aware that Google maps points to the wrong cottage.

We felt right at home in this peaceful, beautifully presented cottage in the countryside. It’s close enough to amenities if you need them, while still far enough out to enjoy the quiet. A real gem.

We stayed for two weeks and found plenty to do. The place was clean and well maintained, with a beautiful garden. We also had lovely weather during our April visit.
