It's a lovely place, very clean and warm, which makes these problems such a shame. The walls were so thin that people in the next room kept us awake both nights until after 1.00am. I have mobility problems, and while trying to get into bed, I fell to my knees when the bed unexpectedly moved away from me. It was the knee that's due to be replaced. There was no accident report book. The approach to the room was dark and difficult to manage with my walking stick and the phone light I needed.

The rooms are basic but nicely equipped. The shower is roomy and worked well. I'd visit again.

It's a charming little place and good value for an overnight stay. The room was large, the bed was okay, and the building has some dated touches, but it was better than many pricier hotels. It could be much better with food organised on site, as the listing said breakfast was available for an extra cost, but that wasn't actually an option. We had to drive to Morrisons for a dreadful breakfast. The shower needed a thorough clean to remove mould, and the room smelled of pets, though fortunately the windows opened. There were only three disabled parking bays, so more are needed. Nice for one night, but there aren't enough services for a longer stay.

The accommodation was very well priced, and the Morrisons cafe down the road is a perfect breakfast option since breakfast isn't included. This was my first time stopping here and I couldn't recommend it highly enough. I'll stay again.

We couldn't believe our luck, this place is a hidden gem. For £55, we got our own rooms with two beds, a full kitchen, a living area with a TV and a large bathroom. Our stay also included free entry to wander around the Raptor Centre that the rooms are built around. Everything was clean and beautifully warm in January, with good-quality bedding and toiletries provided. Definitely a winner, though it's the kind of place I almost don't want to share.
