The food was brilliant, and breakfast was glorious. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was nice. The wall heating kept failing, so they brought in radiators that worked, though it wasn’t the best first impression. I’d definitely stay again if I’m in Loughborough.

I’ve been working in loughborough for two weeks and stayed at the Premiere Inn the whole time. The staff are welcoming and kind, always willing to listen and find ways to meet your needs. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and breakfast is amazing. It’s also a pleasure to see familiar faces in the morning, Sandra and Jack. I’ve decided to stay another two weeks. Simply perfect. The location is handy too, close to the centre and a 15-minute walk from the station.

Karen made our family breakfast such a memorable morning. She was attentive, professional, warm and friendly, and went out of her way to make everyone feel welcome and valued. The whole experience was brilliant, and I’d particularly like to recognize her dedication. Premier Inn should be proud to have her on the team. Thank you for the excellent hospitality. Highly recommend.

The room was very comfortable and clean, and the public areas were clean as well. Staff were friendly, efficient and went the extra mile. Breakfast was great, with a lovely surprise of Bucks Fizz and Christmas crackers. The children each got a selection pack of chocolates for Christmas, such a nice gesture. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

We’ve been to many premier inn restaurants, and this one was exemplary. Everything was clean and thoughtfully laid out, and Kobi had prepared and presented the food with care. At thyme, we found a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere and were greeted promptly and warmly. Beata and Tamara were excellent hostesses, attentive as well as friendly. We were only there for breakfast, but it was a very pleasant experience.
