Hampton by Hilton London Luton Airport

A good price for a hotel with breakfast included and lovely rooms. The room’s TV worked well, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was fine. The cooked breakfast, sausages, bacon, eggs and mushrooms, was tasteless and rubbery. The croissants were fresh and lovely, the fruit was nice, and there was cereal and a waffle maker too. The area isn’t the best, but it’s convenient for travel, especially because it’s so close to Luton Airport.

The shuttle bus to Luton Airport is right by the hotel, so getting there was easy. The lobby and entrance look lovely, especially when they’re softly lit in the evening, and the hotel has a pleasant feel. Reception staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. I slept really well. The room was quiet and well soundproofed, with no noise from neighbours or housekeeping in the morning. It was laid out thoughtfully, with enough room to move around, a proper desk, and a comfortable swivel chair. The bed was outstanding, with a soft, plush duvet and supportive pillows that weren’t flattened and tired. Towels were clean, fresh, and bright white. The shampoo, body wash, and lotion were genuinely good quality too, a small detail that makes a difference. Breakfast had a wide selection of good quality food, plenty of seating, and no queues or rush. For comfort, rest, breakfast, service, and atmosphere, this was exactly what I needed. It’s rare to get this level of comfort and quality in England at this price. The stay exceeded my expectations, and I’m happy to give it the highest rating. I’ll definitely return.

I’d definitely book here again if I need to go to London. Public transport serves it very well. Most staff were pleasant, professional, and helpful. The restaurant manager, a lady, had an attitude and wasn’t very smiley. She seemed bothered by being questioned and was rude to other staff, which put us off a little.

Right next to the train station, this is a great little hotel. The room was clean and the staff genuinely pleasant. Breakfast was the best Hampton breakfast I’ve had, with fresh sliced bread, an espresso machine, a waffle maker, and vegan sausage available on request, which was a big win for me as a vegan. The hash browns were air-fried. I had an Americano with a splash of oat milk I brought, and brought an avocado to make my own toast. A fantastic stay from start to finish, and I’d happily come back.
