Maria was there to greet us and was happy to answer questions, offer tips, and chat. Breakfast was tasty and generous, and there are several places to eat nearby. We had excellent tapas at Royal Oak. The room was clean and comfortable, with nothing missing, and the house had three character cats plus at least one visiting cat. We stayed at St. Vincent Guest House while walking the South West Coast Path, and it made for a highly recommended overnight stop.

Maria and Clive were the highlight, such amazing hosts, with excellent service and a real eye for detail. Breakfast was great too, and the packed lunch is convenient and good value. We absolutely loved our stay at St Vincent guest house. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent.

We booked at short notice and had a lovely five-night stay. Maria and Clive were great, always happy to help, and the breakfasts were fabulous and plentiful, especially Clive's legendary fry-ups. We were still doing our walks in our 60s, so our calves were aching, but we thoroughly enjoyed our time in lovely Lynton and Lynmouth. Maybe we'll make it back one day. Thanks, guys! The wife asked me to mention the biscuits in the room, while I was more focused on the selection of real ales at the Crown PH. 🤓

A refreshing stop right on the South West Coast Path. The hosts were so kind and attentive, making us feel very welcome. The house is beautiful and authentic, with bright rooms and tasteful decor. Breakfast was delicious and varied, with plenty of options for vegetarians and vegans. Thank you, Maria and Clive!

Breakfasts are well prepared and use local produce, and Clive and Maria are welcoming, easygoing hosts. The guesthouse has a comfortable, roomy feel, and the building itself is interesting, with some history. Parking in Lynton is limited as usual, but it wasn't a big problem for us. EV drivers can charge at the 4off 50kW (I think) Instavolt chargers in Lynmouth Town carpark, about a five-minute drive away. We're very likely to stay again.
