Everything was good, though I learned the hard way that the shower head in our room was set around 5'10", and I'm 6'2". Also, the car park entrance is easy to miss when coming from the high street, and getting out feels a bit hairy. The room itself was spacious, warm, quiet and well appointed, with a very comfortable bed and a decent bathroom. The little shot was a nice touch, breakfast was superbly made and presented, and the staff were great throughout. Local food and drink are close by, and the waterfront is only a short walk away. My wife always comments on how poor hotel lighting is for makeup, since apparently men don't think of it, but this room passed with flying colours.

We've been back a few times and it's never let us down. Lovely clean rooms, an amazing team, and a full minibar at no extra cost. It's a beautiful place, right by the high street with everything you need nearby. I'd highly recommend it.

Our room faced the main road, but it was still quiet. It was beautifully set up, with fresh milk and free soft drinks in the fridge, plus a decanter of amaretto, robes and slippers. The staff were really lovely and friendly, and there was plenty of parking on site. It's just off the high street and has a delightful restaurant too. We'd definitely come back and explore more of the area.

The Limes made a point of welcoming my whole family and went above and beyond. Staff were positive and personal, communication was excellent, and breakfast was delicious. We also had the Italian dinner, which was excellent. The location worked really well for business, with central offices nearby, and there are several public family friendly parks and playgrounds close by.
