Darius was especially helpful and made sure everything went smoothly. You can tell he cares about guests and their experience. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a really welcoming atmosphere. I had a great stay and would happily come back. I'd definitely recommend it.

Kit on the breakfast team was fun and bubbly, and it makes a difference to have passionate people working in a business. We booked direct because the breakfast and dinner deal was brilliant and very cost effective. We were there for my birthday weekend to watch a match at Old Trafford. The reception team were professional from the moment we arrived, and it's a very nice hotel. I'd definitely book again. The only downside was dinner service. It was super slow, maybe we were unlucky with our server, who knows, but dinner shouldn't take two hours for a family of four. Apart from that, we were very happy with the stay.

I stayed here for work for two nights. The hotel is lovely, and the staff are exceptional. I had breakfast both mornings and a light bite in the restaurant each evening. Everyone was lovely, but Kit really stood out at breakfast, so friendly and efficient.

I travel alone most of the time and value quiet, confident service. This was a calming stay with no problems, and I felt looked after. Everything worked, and I never had reason to complain or felt uncomfortable. Over the last five years I've stayed in a number of hotels, including around four I return to regularly in Manchester. This time, I chose this one because I was driving and wanted on-site parking. I paid £20 a night, but that's inner Manchester next to the train station. The staff were consistently polite, courteous, and ready to ask if they could do more. There were plenty of them around, from reception to managers, and I appreciate those qualities more than the price. It costs more than some hotels, though less than others. For that, I feel you get more staff, and service that's more reliable and competent. I don't mind paying for that. I'd felt more reassured here than at the other Manchester hotels I've stayed in. It competently does the things other hotels don't, and the quality is very good. I'll stay here again when I want to be in Manchester City, and choose this brand, which I would've overlooked before.
