Charlie made our stay. He was so thoughtful and attentive, and kept making sure we had what we needed. The apartment was spacious and practical, with a lovely feel to it. We really appreciated his kindness and would happily come back. Definitely recommend.

I only planned to stay at Native Manchester for a week, but flight disruption because of the war stretched that into nearly two and a half months. The staff helped make a stressful, uncertain time much easier. Charlie, Emma, Sophie, Elvira, Gracie and Tania were all kind, accommodating and always ready to help. They even worked hard to keep me in the same room as bookings filled up, which meant I didn't have to keep moving around. The location was a real plus, right by the train station and close to plenty of bars, restaurants and cafés. The team's recommendations helped me enjoy Manchester more, too. The building was clean and well cared for, with a comfortable, homely layout, and having a washer-dryer was a big help for a long stay. Thanks to everyone at Native Manchester. I'd gladly stay again, especially for a longer visit.

The room had loads of space, and the New York warehouse flat feel worked really well with the hotel's design. Everything provided in the room was great, including the big, clean shower. Staff were helpful, and getting in with codes and pins felt both safe and easy. I'll definitely stay again.

The restaurant used to have a great atmosphere, so it's a shame it's being completely refurbished when the place is barely five years old. It feels wasteful, and we didn't get a lower price despite having no restaurant. The side entrance doesn't help, either. A warning when booking would have been nice, and it would've been good to have drinks for sale in the minibar. Maybe things will improve when the work is finished. Service was mixed: the receptionist at checkout was lovely, though the evening team seemed less interested. The Wi-Fi was terrible, and the TV picture was so pixelated that only the regular terrestrial channels worked. The rest was much the same as before. With the change of ownership, it's gone downhill, and for now I'm taking it out of my regular Manchester rotation.

Native got in touch on WhatsApp and let me know when the room was ready, which was great. The door code came through there too, so there was no key to worry about. I stayed one night in a Premium one bedroom Apartment. The apartment was clean and nicely done, with a roomy open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, plus a large, comfortable bedroom. The bathroom was spacious enough for one or two and worked well, though the shower felt a bit dark. The old Grade 2 listed Ducie street warehouse is impressive, with exposed brick and ironwork. Downstairs there was a huge lounge, bar and restaurant, plus an outdoor terrace. The flat itself was on the dark side, with street noise and some sound from other apartments. A few kitchen sockets didn't work, and the TV kept flickering. Still, for the price, location and space, being able to cook for myself makes this somewhere I'd stay again.
