The evening meal was hot, tasty, and plentiful, and breakfast was amazing, with very tasty ingredients served hot as well. It was just a one-night stay, but this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in a very long time. The family were so welcoming. My big room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, heated right up, and had everything I needed. The Christmas decorations were tastefully done. I’d highly recommend a visit when you’re in the area. Thank you.

After a long week of travelling for work, this was such a beautiful place to stay. The host was friendly and warm, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and cozy. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, with generous portions. I’ll absolutely be back.

Breakfast was cooked fresh for each guest, and the staff were very friendly. The hotel’s colours and paintwork worked well throughout. My room got very hot, so I had to turn the heating down, but it was lovely. The bed was nice and firm, and the toilet and shower room was small but lovely. Parking was tight, though it was off road. I had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely come again.

We were working nearby and had a great night at the Mansfield Lodge Hotel. Darren helped us with our bags from the car, and the rooms were lovely and quiet. He also knew the area well. The Chef’s breakfast in the morning was superb. We’ll visit again!

A small, lively and friendly hotel BnB. I’ve stayed twice and had a lovely clean room both times, with a cracking shower and freshly cooked breakfast. Couldn’t ask for more.
