Prabhakar made this stay for me. He was friendly, knew the amenities and services well, and explained what was included with a warm smile. The property, facilities and restaurant food were all top-notch. I was unsure about staying so far from my office, but the service and amenities changed my mind. I’ll book here again despite the distance. Highly recommended! 👍

We had such a relaxing time at the pool and spa, and the room was clean, warm and really comfortable. Dinner was delicious, then breakfast had a filling mix of savoury and sweet choices. Thanks to everyone for the lovely, friendly hospitality and all your hard work. We had a great stay and hope to come back soon.

Marlow town is close by, with its pretty streets and boutique shops, and we loved the Everyman cinema there. The hotel itself felt like being abroad, though it’s not far from London. We came for a Valentine’s celebration and enjoyed the whole overnight package: a three-course dinner, breakfast and a 25min neck, shoulder and back massage. The room was modern, clean and spacious, and dinner was tasty. A lovely retreat.

The room had a large walk-in shower, which suited us much better than climbing over a bath, and it was comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was just how we like it. The staff were really helpful, and the setting is lovely, beside parkland with a large lake nearby. It was quiet during our one-night stay, perhaps because it was a bit off season. Certainly somewhere we’d return to.

The location was really quiet and still easy to get to, with plenty to do nearby. We had fun using the spa, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was nice, and the staff were friendly. The outside doesn’t look fancy, so I was pleasantly surprised by how good value the family room was for an overnight stay.
