Premier Inn Glasgow - Motherwell

I had a wonderful stay at the Maderwell Hotel and would gladly come back. The room was spacious, very clean and tidy, and everything was well maintained. The beds were spotless and comfortable, which made it easy to get a good night's sleep. Staff throughout the hotel were friendly, professional and helpful with a smile, while reception made me feel welcome right away and kept things smooth and pleasant. I'd highly recommend it for comfort and great service.

After 30 years of staying in hotels for work, I finally found one where they treat me like long-lost family. They're brilliant, this place is a gem for all the right reasons 👍😁 The bed's comfy, everywhere is super clean, breakfast is exceptional, and nothing is too much trouble. There's good parking, including quite a few disabled spaces close to the door. A BP garage is right next door for fuel and shopping, and it's open very long hours. I'll go out of my way to stay here again, and I'm already recommending it to others 😁

The WiFi is truly crap. It wouldn't connect to many standard sites like BBC news or Yahoo, the Tor browser didn't work at all, and it wasn't good enough for a WhatsApp call. That's totally unacceptable in a modern, surprisingly expensive hotel. The room itself was a good size, the bed was comfortable, and mine faced away from the motorway, so it was quiet with a view of fields.

The staff made my first time in Motherwell much easier, with helpful suggestions that made Scotland feel like home. Amanda, Natasha, Robert, Rueiri at reception all have lovely stories, so have a chat with them! The hotel is in a beautiful spot beside the motorway, with stunning views from the windows. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and super clean, and the food at the Beefeater restaurant next door was fantastic.
