There has been an inn at Inchmore for over 270 years and it has provided food and shelter to diners and travellers through the years and has seen Inverness change from a sleepy highland capital to the vibrant, exciting young city it is today. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and I wish we could have stayed longer. I have gluten and dairy allergies, so it was a lovely surprise to learn the kitchen was free of both. One of the best places we've stayed, and I'd highly recommend it.

We had a great week at the Old North Inn. It's in a peaceful spot, easy to find, and just a few minutes from Inverness, which made trips to the surrounding areas simple. From the moment we arrived, the friendly staff made us feel welcome. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the shower was great. The restaurant and bar are clearly popular with locals. We thought the food was excellent, and there was a good selection of whisky too. We'd gladly stay again and recommend it to anyone.

The food was awesome. I had dinner, including the most delicious steak cooked just right, and a lovely cooked breakfast. The staff were super friendly, and the bed was very comfortable. The rooms have everything you need for a night and were good value. It's a brilliant location at the start of NC500. I'd definitely recommend it.

We stayed one night and had a great time. The rooms were clean and comfy, and the staff were accommodating. We picked up fish and chips from a local chippie, and they were happy for us to eat at the bar, even offering cutlery and sauce.

The Old North Inn Inverness made us feel at home right away. The staff were incredibly polite, kind and ready to help. Our room was spotless, spacious and comfortable, with lovely attention to detail, a wonderfully soft bed and large windows looking out over the city. The location was convenient for exploring scenic places nearby. It was one of the best hotel stays of my life, and I can highly recommend it. 10/10! 👌💯 24.12.25
