We weren’t rushed at all and could relax over a few drinks after lunch. The staff gave us a friendly welcome and were very attentive. We came with friends for Sunday lunch in beautiful surroundings. The roast beef was cooked perfectly with all the trimmings, and none of us could resist dessert. There was a choice of one, two or three courses. I’d definitely recommend it.

They upgraded our room for our wedding anniversary, and we had a really lovely stay. It’s a great place to stay in the heart of norwich. There’s a car park tucked round the back, and we had no trouble finding a space. Would definitely go again.

Just one night here, but we’d definitely return. The location is nice and central, the room was great, very clean, and the bed was so comfortable. Everyone on the staff was friendly and the service was great. Highly recommend.

Taking a morning walk along the river was a lovely part of the stay. The room was comfortable too, and reading in its warmth during winter was especially pleasant. The hotel is right in the city center, next to the iconic church. Breakfast had plenty of variety, and the staff at both the restaurant and front desk were extremely friendly and attentive.

We spent five nights at the Maid’s Head hotel and thought it was wonderful. The whole team were charming and friendly, from the front desk to the restaurant, and couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. There was a Wi-Fi problem in our room when we arrived. The team got it sorted quickly, followed up with us and kept checking that we were happy. Highly recommended.
