Eastwood Hall

Hannah served us in the restaurant with a friendly, funny manner and really attentive service. She’s a credit to Eastwood Hall. The food was second to none, and the cooks and kitchen staff deserve recognition for the meals they produce. The restaurant has lots of seating, though it feels a little too open. Sectioning it off might make it cosier. We spent the evening using the pool, which had great facilities. As first-time guests at Eastwood Hall, we weren’t quite sure what to expect. The receptionist who greeted us was confident and presentable, and finding our room was easy. The room was more than fine, though it’s beginning to look a little dated and could use new lighting and a bathroom.

We had an amazing weekend and would definitely come back. The breakfast was lovely, and dinner was excellent. There was lots of vegetarian choice, which I really appreciated. Our server Melia was friendly, lovely, and always there when needed. She was so efficient and kind. The rooms were clean and modern, and the staff went above and beyond for my friend’s birthday. She was so grateful for the card and prosecco. We also enjoyed the steam room, jacuzzi, and swimming pool. My one suggestion would be to add a bit more seating around the pool.

The food was absolutely stunning. We had all three courses and loved every bit of it. Hannah made the evening even better, she was such a sweetheart and nothing was too much trouble. Eastwood hall was a lovely little overnight break for us.

Check-in and check-out were easy, and staff were friendly and helpful throughout. We enjoyed the leisure facilities and games room, and the hotel and room were generally nice and well cared for, with a lovely big bed. Dinner was very nice, and Amelie served us politely and attentively. Breakfast was very busy, though, and it was clear the restaurant needed more staff to cover the rush.
