The room was comfortable and had everything we needed, and the staff were lovely. There was an unpleasant smell in the corridor on the way to our room, though we didn’t notice it once inside. We had a pleasant stay and would come back.

We’ve stayed here before, and breakfast has always been good, but this time it was awful. The sausages were tiny and unpleasantly grainy. The bacon had been sitting under a heat lamp and was like cardboard, and the eggs were rubbery from sitting under one too. £10.99 is a lot for food that poor. The room was very comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and helpful.

A small problem with my second night’s booking was sorted within minutes by a very helpful receptionist, whose name I didn’t catch. I appreciated that attentive service. My room was comfortable and clean, and the stay was pleasant. It would have been handy to have an iron and ironing board in the room, since I had to collect one from reception and carry it upstairs. The shower pressure could be better too.

The bar restaurant was especially great. The food was delicious, the servers were so nice, and we had an amazing experience here. I 100% recommend coming ASAP.

Poor by Premier standards. The rooms were very tired, and the breakfast room was tiny. The coffee machine was broken, so I ended up with a cup of Nescafé original instant 😞.
