My partner booked our room, and the customer service was wonderful. Aelita was lovely and went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed and felt welcome. She turned what had been a bad night into a good one. She’s one of those rare people who helps simply because she cares. 🫶🏼

We stopped for the night to break up a long drive. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and tidy, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. There were no cooked breakfast facilities at the hotel or services, which was the only downside. Bring plugs for your phones, since there are no USB sockets.

Aelita at reception was incredibly friendly and helpful, and made my stay feel extra special. The hotel was clean, comfortable and welcoming. I had a fantastic time at Travelodge!

There was a fan in the room, which I appreciated because it was hot. The room was large and the bed comfortable, though it wasn't the cleanest, even if it wasn't awful. It was loud by the motorway, but that didn't bother me. I couldn't find a hair dryer. Breakfast wasn't good. I hadn't realised it was a takeaway box, mostly carbs and sugar. I paid and ordered for both nights, but they ran out, so I got none on the second day.
