Karen and her crew were always around when we needed anything, and made the place feel like home. The stay was magical. Our room was modern, roomy and spotless, the food was delicious, and the bay view was amazing.

The sunset views were gorgeous, and Karen made us feel so welcome with her thoughtful touches and warm hospitality. My husband and I had a wonderful romantic break here. Our room was spotless and cozy, breakfast was delicious, and we'd happily come back.

Breakfast was miles better than anything else we had on holiday, and the facilities were fantastic. It has the feel of a first-rate hotel, with the warmth of a traditional guest house. Absolute perfection.

We had one of the coziest, most comfortable stays of our trip around Scotland. Our king room was peaceful, quiet and nice and dark. The interior was lovely, and the bathroom had beautiful vaulted ceilings with natural light in the morning.

Even though we booked at the last minute, I'm so glad we chose this B&B. Karen was lovely and made sure we felt looked after. Everything, including our room, was immaculate and smelled fresh, with thoughtful personal touches throughout. I'd definitely stay again.
