Service was impressive from the moment I arrived, and they even gave me a chocolate as a thoughtful welcome. My room was spacious, comfortable, and very good. The building looked luxurious and well kept, with plenty of parking around it and a restaurant inside, which was a big plus. Westgate Oxford is about five minutes away by car, making this a handy spot for visiting the city centre. A good place to stay in the area.

Eldhose, our waiter, was so kind and welcoming. He looked after us, gave us great recommendations, and even suggested things to do in Oxford tomorrow. That thoughtful service made the stay feel extra special. We’re staying at voco Oxford Spires Hotel now, and it’s been calm, comfortable, and well looked after. The restaurant was a real highlight: the food was amazing, especially the best steak and cheesecake we’ve ever had. Everything was cooked perfectly and felt like a treat. We’d gladly come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Oxford.

Izabella welcomed me at the voco Hotel leisure center and showed genuine hospitality. The facilities were clean and well maintained. Then Olivia gave me a massage that felt both relaxing and therapeutic, with excellent technique. She checked the pressure was right without breaking the flow, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The room was calming, and I left feeling lighter and completely de-stressed. I’d happily return, and highly recommend booking with Olivia whether you’re staying at the Voco or just looking for a great massage.

The leisure centre was spotless, including reception and the areas around it, and clearly well maintained. That really added to the experience. I came for a spa day at the leisure club and Silvia greeted me at reception. She was warm, friendly, professional, and approachable, and made me feel comfortable right away. She was helpful throughout my visit and clearly takes pride in her work.
