The dining room had a beautiful view over the estuary in the morning. Our room was gorgeous, spotless and warm, with a really comfortable bed. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. I can’t rate this hotel highly enough and will be back.

The interior design is lovely and much better than the rather drab exterior suggests. Our room was very nice, clean and well appointed. We had dinner, bed and breakfast, and everything served was delicious. A great weekend, with excellent food and fantastic service.

We took our two-and-a-half-year-old to breakfast with Santa today, and it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The staff were super attentive, and both the buffet and cooked breakfast were lovely. It exceeded our expectations. If you were considering breakfast with Santa at the hotel this year but didn’t book, I urge you to book next year. Thank you for making it such a brilliant experience for my son.

The Jetty restaurant was very good, and the bar had everything you could want. There’s a relaxing space with lovely views, lots of daylight and high ceilings. Service was high quality too. We had a very good three-day stay, with comfortable, warm rooms and beautiful decor. Highly recommended.

Heather was fantastic, helping with all my emails and in person too. We spent a couple of nights here in mid-November and couldn’t fault the stay. The room was beautiful, the food delicious, the location great and the view wonderful. All the staff were friendly and helpful. If we’re ever over there again, we’ll definitely stay here. Very highly recommend.
