Mercure Perth

Sakshi served us at breakfast and was so kind and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. She was a really pleasant young woman. The hotel was comfortable, and our room was nice and cozy, though it could have used a bathroom extractor fan. We stayed two nights and breakfast was plentiful, with everything you could wish for. Would we come again? Absolutely!

The rooms were clean and spacious, and every staff member we met was lovely and helpful. Diana, who was working the bar on our first night, and Sakshi at breakfast were both delightful. It’s a beautiful hotel in a great location, and after three nights we’d happily return. The one drawback was access: there are lots of stairs and no lifts, so it wasn’t great for access needs. Otherwise, I’d recommend it.

We stayed two nights with our wee dog Thea, and the hotel was extremely dog friendly, which mattered most to us. At breakfast, Boyan at the Brasserie kindly arranged for us to eat downstairs in the lounge with her. Diana M in the evening lounge brought water and treats for Thea and was lovely. Callum and Steph at reception were welcoming and helpful with questions, and always up for a friendly chat when we passed. Highly recommend, especially if you have a dog.

I spent two weeks at the hotel, and the whole team helped make it a comfortable, pleasant stay. The night staff, whose names I didn’t catch, were approachable and efficient and kept things running smoothly. Chloe and Stef at reception were welcoming, professional, and always willing to help. Diana M. in the restaurant and bar was friendly and attentive, and made dining there a real pleasure. The team is a credit to the hotel, and I’m sincerely grateful to them.
