We spent five lovely nights here. It’s a little gem: the room was lovely and spotlessly clean, and Perth is an easy walk away. The landlady was the loveliest, so friendly and helpful. The train station is about a 20-minute walk, and we had a great day in Dundee. Thank you, Caroline, it was lovely to meet you! Xx

We felt safe in the area, and Rosebank Guest House is close enough to walk into the city centre or to places like Scone Palace. There’s also an oval and a supermarket nearby. Our cosy room came with tea and coffee, a mini fridge and toiletries. From the moment we arrived, Caroline gave us a warm welcome. She was so kind and hospitable, and really helpful with tips on things to see and do. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Rosebank Guest House in Perth.

Caroline made us feel at home straight away. She’s friendly, attentive and a wonderful host. The room was spacious and clean, and the KitKats were a nice touch. Both the town and station are within walking distance. We’re glad we have an excuse to visit friends at least once a year, and we’ll definitely stay here again. I’ll recommend the guest house to everyone visiting Perth.

We had a fantastic stay and felt really comfortable. The room was spotless and furnished with a lot of attention to detail. The hospitality was great, and we got plenty of useful tips for excursions. We’d love to come back.

We were running late, so we phoned ahead. The host stayed up to check us in, which we really appreciated. Details in the room added to an already fantastic stay. I can’t praise this guesthouse enough; five stars don’t do it justice. If you’re staying in Perth, book at Rosebank, and call if you’re going to be late.
