The building was clean and tidy, and the rooms were spacious. What really stood out was the service, especially from Fernanda at reception. She was cheerful, friendly, and made us feel welcome. I run a company myself and would gladly hire her if I had a position. Amazing service. All the best, Travis

We got a great weekend deal and really enjoyed the breakfast and evening meal. The staff were lovely and nothing seemed too much trouble, so I'd use the hotel and restaurant again. It's also not far from the schools and other places nearby. The only problem was the bathroom shower. The fan stopped working, water dripped from the ceiling, and the floor got very wet.

Kerry went the extra mile to make our daughter's first birthday stay feel special. The staff were friendly and welcoming too. I'd recommend staying here. :)

The room was very clean, though basic, and the food and drinks at the pub across the way were good. This is a simple Premier Inn, handy if you just need somewhere to sleep for the night.

It's a nice hotel within walking distance of the Barbican, and there's car parking. Just be patient at check-in. Reception is small, with room for only one staff member to handle all the admin.
