The Invicta Hotel

We stayed two nights and found the room clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The staff were friendly and happy to help. Breakfast was fantastic, fresh, and made with high-quality ingredients. I recommend the eggs royale. Right on the Hoe, this is an ideal location for visiting Plymouth, and I’d say it’s the best hotel here for a stay with a dog.

I spent one night here over New Year’s Eve in a single room. It was small, but good value, with the basic amenities provided and breakfast included. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The shower pressure was low, and the water was too hot with no proper way to turn the temperature down. Even so, I’d definitely recommend it.

The location was amazing, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We stayed in a lovely dog-friendly room and will certainly return for the service and brilliant breakfast. One odd gripe: the shower gel and shampoo containers were mounted so high that I had to stand on tiptoes to use them properly.

I arrived very late and was looking for a cheap, small room. They had exactly what I needed, and the rooms were very comfortable. Staff were incredibly helpful. Breakfast was included, with a cooked option as well as a continental buffet and plenty of choice. I’d recommend the hotel to anyone.
