Wentbridge House Hotel

We were travelling north and booked a single night with dinner, bed and breakfast. From the welcome right through to leaving, the experience was faultless, with a level of attention to detail that was clear as soon as we arrived. It exceeded our expectations by a long way. Well done to the whole team, front and back of house. We’ll be back, and thoroughly recommend it.

The team made the wedding day one we’ll never forget, and our guests’ comments have confirmed we chose the right venue. Chloe understood our ideas and brought them to life, while Karen took charge on the day so I could relax. The food was amazing, the service wonderful, and every member of staff was brilliant, from the breakfast team on the wedding day and the day after to everyone working the night before. Special thanks to the night team for finding my laptop and keeping it safe behind Reception. We had dinner with family in the Brasserie the evening before the wedding, and both the food and service were great. We were married in the Leatham room on 7th March, followed by our evening reception in the Crystal Suite. We had some specific requests for the arrangements, and the hotel followed them exactly. Thank you to Chloe, Karen, and all the staff.

My daughter’s wedding at Wentbridge was a perfect day, and the staff made it easy for us to relax and enjoy it. Stuart and Karen were attentive, professional, and genuinely caring, taking care of every detail. Everyone else we dealt with was warm and dedicated too, always happy to help. We’re grateful to the whole team for making the day so memorable.

The staff I met at the event yesterday were so lovely and made a real impression on me. Housekeeping greeted people with smiles, and the lady at reception kindly lent me some batteries. Everyone I came across was exceptional, and the service was better than at many 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in.
