The restaurant was the real highlight. The man I’m guessing was the manager gave amazing service, fed all the kids first, and spoke to the children at their table as if they were adults. It made such a difference to the trip, and was a pleasure. The staff were lovely and accommodating, and it was quieter than you might expect given how close it is to the road. The hotel itself does the job well, but like some Premier Inns it’s in need of a serious refresh. Thank you!

The hotel was nice and quiet, with clean rooms and amenities close by. But the single rooms have no windows, there’s no air con, and there isn’t a chest of drawers for clothes. I wouldn’t stay again unless I could make sure I had a room with a window.

There’s free parking and a Beefeater right next to the hotel, which is in a good location. The staff were friendly, and there were plugs beside the bed. Breakfast was good as always, though I personally prefer a hot food buffet to ordering. The free wifi was very slow, but the paid one was decent.

Claire on reception last night was lovely. She was professional, welcoming, and informative, and I’d like to thank her. I had a great, comfortable night’s sleep, just as I’d expect from a Premier Inn.

Sharon welcomed us on our first night and made us feel right at home, showing us where our nice, clean room was. The beds were really comfortable and we slept well. On the second night, she went above and beyond by getting us plates and cutlery so we could eat our dinner. She was super friendly and helpful. We’ll be back, mostly because of the service from Sharon! :)
