We got a great night's sleep, the pillows were the best. The staff were friendly, helpful and really went out of their way for us. We brought our dog, who may have enjoyed the stay even more than we did. If you’re bringing a dog and plan to eat, book a table at the bar since the restaurant is out of bounds, which is completely understandable.

We stayed one night in central Portrush for my mother's birthday, and it was one of the cosiest, nicest hotels I’ve been to in ages. There’s a restaurant, bar and gym, though I wish it had a spa too. The staff were so friendly, welcoming and chatty. The only problem was an empty shampoo bottle in the shower, but they sorted it promptly. Drinks in the bar were well priced, and I’d stay again, 10/10.

We all felt so well looked after during our birthday overnight, me, my partner, our 15-month-old son and our Jack Russell. The staff were friendly and attentive from start to finish. Our room's decor was beautiful, and the restaurant is honestly stunning. Dinner there was outstanding. Can’t wait to go back.

The location is great, and we’ll be back. Online check-in the day before was easy, and our cosy room had a very comfortable bed with a huge TV in front of it. The bathroom was good, with a wonderfully powerful, warm shower. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant, a quick and tasty breakfast, and great cocktails in the bar. Rup served breakfast both mornings and was the nicest, friendliest waitress we’ve ever had anywhere.

The food was delicious, and the bar had just the right amount of bustle. We nearly missed dinner service and felt bad arriving so late, but the staff were gracious and kept reassuring me it was fine. From the moment we entered this beautiful hotel, everyone made us feel welcome. Our room was spacious and comfortable. It’s an absolute gem, and I’ll definitely be back for another getaway. Thanks, everyone.
