Jane at reception went out of her way to sort out a foldaway bed for my sons and me after I mistakenly booked a room with only two beds. She was also running reception and working in the restaurant, but nothing was too much trouble. The rest of the team were excellent too. The restaurant was busy, with Jane and another young lad running it all on their own. It has a nice atmosphere, and it's been upgraded since last year. The food was decent, and we left happy and full. Thanks, team! I felt I had to write this after the exceptional service this weekend.

The all-you-can-eat breakfast selection was great, but Payal made the visit special. She was warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and kept checking that we had everything we needed and were being looked after. That kind of friendly, attentive service is rare. She's a real credit to the team.

My daughter and I were visiting family in Preston and spent two nights here. It's easy to get to from the M6, and the rooms were quiet, spacious, and clean. All the staff were friendly. Payal was especially welcoming and made sure things were running smoothly in the dining area at breakfast.

We had a fantastic experience over Christmas, even with renovations going on. The accommodation and facilities were great. Manager Jane made it even more special. She's an extraordinary woman who goes out of her way to make every customer and guest feel welcome. She went beyond her job description and made me feel so special. Thank you, Jane, for making my Christmas absolutely awesome.

I had a good two-night stay, and the hotel's location suited my visit. The breakfast service from Payal was fantastic. She was so kind and attentive. Thank you, Wendy.
