For a one or two night stay, this is a good choice. It was clean, nicely located near the city centre, and much cheaper than nearby hotels. The staff were friendly and helpful too. Breakfast was included, even though other places charged £10 per person. My wife and I both thought it was among the best hotel breakfasts we've had, including at much pricier hotels. There was plenty of hot and cold choice, and everything was cooked perfectly. Only downside for the room was that it had a shower but no bath. I don't mind that, but my wife prefers having a bath. There was noise from the moment we arrived. We hoped to nap after checking in, but heard drilling and banging; the next morning there was loud noise from above, like elephants moving tanks. Breakfast wasn't any quieter, with more drilling, and the food was dry and not great. The window in our third-floor room was filthy and wouldn't open, and the shower kept blocking, so rinsing my hair without slipping was a challenge. We'd looked at the online menu upstairs and went down around 7pm hoping to get pizza after travelling, but the bar had a limited menu and only offered toasties or veggie curry. We ate somewhere else. Check-in itself was fine, and I appreciated the parking discount. We were only there overnight for a funeral the next morning, but I wouldn't come back.

Breakfast was so good, and the pancake maker was a fun touch. Our room was thoroughly clean, and they even offered complimentary items in case we'd forgotten anything. The location has lovely views and places to walk, with plenty of amenities nearby. The staff were wonderful throughout, greeting us so happily and going out of their way to help with requests. The service was second to none. Huge thanks to everyone working the evening of 08/02/2026 and morning of 09/02/2026. I didn't catch any names, but you were all lovely. Highly recommend!

The room was very clean, breakfast was great, and the stay exceeded what I expected. Ronan made check-in really smooth, while Yasin and Daniel were friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout. Their service made a real difference. Yasin also kindly let me extend checkout by an hour, which I truly appreciated. Thanks to all of you for a wonderful stay. I'll definitely be back and would highly recommend the hotel.

Breakfast had a nice selection, and the room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a tip-top shower. You know what you're getting when you walk in, and it was pretty okay. The bedside tables felt cheap because they weren't fastened together and just slid apart. I could also hear other guests very clearly through the front door. I was lucky there weren't any really loud people nearby, because that noise would've carried straight through.
