Premier Inn Salisbury North Bishopdown

The staff were friendly and very helpful, and both the room and bathroom were spotless. Breakfast was excellent and generous, and the bed was amazingly comfortable. I had a great night's sleep. This far exceeded my expectations.

The hotel was extremely busy, but Vicky checked us in and was exceptional, always polite and professional. Later, she was working in the restaurant, handling what looked like the work of three people. She still couldn't do enough for customers. She's a real credit to the hotel and deserves a special mention.

I just spoke on the phone with Gina at this Premier Inn before our stay because I had a few questions. She was lovely, friendly and really helpful. That's why we love Premier Inns: the rooms are amazing and the staff are so lovely. Every time we visit one, we find the stay relaxing. Looking forward to our stay :)

The room was spacious, with a modern updated design, and the location was good. There's also a free car park. There were several obvious patches of crumbs left by the previous visitors on the carpet, so I can only assume the room hadn't been hoovered. The hand-held shower was leaking and needs attention, and the pillows were very thin and poor quality. The restaurant is too small for the hotel, and breakfast requires a booking. Reception should let guests know when they check in. Breakfast was okay but the selection was limited; other choices had to be requested through a waiter. I wouldn't recommend dinner there. Portions were small, the food was pretty tasteless, and the plates need better presentation.
