The warm pool was a hit with my son, and he loved the pancake machine at breakfast too. Both meals and the welcome made for a great stay. ryan was friendly at check-in and explained everything about the hotel, and sophie was lovely when we checked out. Dinner was the one letdown. My steak sandwich was just steak in a slice of ciabatta, with onions burnt so badly I couldn't eat them. The burnt flavor came through in the steak as well. That was the only reason I didn't give five stars. I'd definitely come back, but would eat out next time.

Tejas Patil, Siddhi Raut, and Khushi Sapkal made us feel truly welcome. They were kind and attentive throughout, and managed to be both professional and warm. That personal service really made the visit special. The Crowne Plaza Belfast was spotless and comfortable, with spacious, well-kept rooms that worked well for our family. The bar and restaurant had a lovely atmosphere, and the food was delicious and nicely presented. Everything felt relaxed and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return or recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Belfast. Thanks for such a lovely experience! Warm regards, Joel and Deborah

Breakfast had plenty to choose from, and dinner was delicious with generous portions. The restaurant was busy, but the staff still gave us attentive service. We also received excellent customer care from the warm welcome at reception through the rest of our stay. Absolutely fantastic hotel. I'd highly recommend the Crown Plaza by IHG.

Jobin at the front desk was helpful and welcoming from check-in onward, and took care of all the questions we had. Silma at the River Bar restaurant was just as friendly and attentive, making dinner more enjoyable. The food was delicious and well presented, and the service was top-class. Crowne Plaza Belfast was spacious and peaceful, a comfortable place for a family break. Our room was clean, and the facilities were well maintained. We had a wonderful stay, felt well looked after, and thought the hospitality and value were great. We'd recommend the hotel and look forward to returning.

Naomi gave us a useful map and tips for the coastal route, which made our outing much easier and more enjoyable. Sophie was also a huge help with check-in, storing our luggage, our room, dry cleaning, and calling a cab. She was warm, organized, and helpful throughout. We got there a little early, but the team stored our bags so we could start exploring right away. Parking was convenient and check-in was quick. The room was comfortable, well equipped, and just right for the three of us. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant on our first night: fish and chips, a piri-piri chicken burger, and a tuna melt. Everything was hot, fresh, and tasty. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return. Highly recommend!
