Kellie is doing an awesome job here. She’s got a great team, and it’s clear she cares about the brand and everyone coming through the hotel. I came back because I remembered how kind and professional she was. Massive shoutout to Kellie and the team at Easy Hotel Sheffield. Keep it up! 🫶🏾

Shawn made my stay at EasyHotel really welcoming from the moment I arrived. He was friendly and professional, and took extra care to get everything sorted quickly and smoothly. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. Great customer service, and a real credit to the team.

A simple, clean, efficient place in a good spot for the city centre and station. I’d worried it might be noisy, but the nights were quiet. Shawny greeted me warmly at reception and did everything he could to make my stay comfortable. I’d book again on the service alone.

Shawny’s lovely smile and great attitude made for a warm welcome. He got me checked in and settled in my room quickly. The room was neat, spotless, and had what I needed, without costing much. Felt safe too. Fantastic.

Really annoyed. The room was tiny, the floor uneven with a raised bit coming up, and there was lipstick on the bedding along with all sorts of hair. The shower ceiling had dark yellow marks, and when I showered, yellow stained water dripped all over. The lounge gentleman who checked us in, shawmy, was cheerful, lovely, and helpful. He was probably the best staff member, as the others could be rude and mardy, like it was just a job to them.
