Sachin was especially helpful and quickly got a hair dryer sorted for me. The Wi-Fi worked well. I only wish the pillows were a bit more comfortable.

We booked this for an overnight trip to see Lewis Capaldi. It’s a minute from the arena, close to the tram station, and just a short tram ride from Meadowhall. Staff greeted us when we arrived and check-in was quick and easy. Our room was on the fourth floor, with stairs or a small lift available. The hotel was clean, and the basic room had everything we needed. We opted for breakfast, a self-service buffet with plenty of choice, including toast, pastries, cereal, and hot and cold drinks. I’d gladly stay here again if I came to the arena for another artist.

We stayed two nights and slept really well on the soft, comfy beds. The reception area is nice, with tables where you can sit, eat, talk, and have fun. There are toilets downstairs in the foyer, plus stairs and lifts, though the lift doors can take a while to open. My favourite budget hotel. The rooms are beautiful and don’t feel like a prison. It was well worth the visit and the money, and I highly recommend it 😍.

The room is fairly basic, but it has everything I need. The staff and service are excellent, and the location works well for the arena. This is my second stay, and I’ll definitely come back.
